I decided to stay overnight on my final day’s drive to Taos NM from Medford OR, especially given mountain passes & Moose, Elk & Deer on the highway at night. I’m glad I did! Alpine Inn recommended Coyote Moon Lounge given I could walk to from the Inn. What a blast into the past! Chef Chris served up an Excellent Schnitzel with Sauerkraut and mashed potatoes & gravy to match. Mmmm Good! And the Oktoberfest Beer was the icing on the cake!! Such a nice lot of staff, which made me want to move here to Pagosa Springs, however, Taos is less than 3-hours away & so “I’ll Be Back!!!”

Loved finding this "off the beaten path" little lounge in Pagosa Springs! Kasia was very kind and welcoming <3 Alek was our server, very down to earth. Healthy conscious cooking makes it a great option. Thank you Kasia and good luck on MANY more years to come!

Incredibly delicious food. Owner came out to see how our food was. We got there a bit early (25 min) for the dinner menu which had the plates my wife wanted. Our server said he'd let the kitchen know and he came back with dinner menus and took our order early.

We stopped for an early dinner on a Sunday & had GREAT meals!! We rarely give 5 stars as we are good cooks & expect good service when dining out. So to get 5 stars from us, you know we loved our Polish dinners & had great service. We had the chicken & sausage dinners with cheese/ jalapeño & kraut/mushroom pierogies…both were divine. Our server was very friendly, helpful & gave great service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
